The location of the hotel is great, being on the water provides a unique and scenic view. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the rooftop terrace and even relax on a hammock chair. the rooms are tidy and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a coffee machine for convenience. the customer service received from Claudia was exceptional, providing helpful guidance and assisting with any questions or concerns.

The room can get extremely hot during the day despite the air conditioning.

The small houseboat is cute and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. AC works well and cools down quickly. The rooftop and hammock provide a great chill-out spot.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at The Homeboat Company in Cagliari for a short adventure. The owner had great contact and even provided little extras like free coffee and a bottle of wine. The overnight boat was cute and added to the unique experience. Fast check-in with a key in the safe and the very helpful staff, especially David and Mariana, made sure everything was perfect. The boat had a well-equipped kitchenette, sun loungers on the roof, and a hanging armchair over the water for relaxation. The air conditioning and wifi worked well, and the location was just a 15-minute walk from a delicious ice cream parlor.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations for local restaurants. We especially loved the swinging chair off the back of the boat, which was a hit with our daughter. Breakfast on the roof with a great view was a wonderful way to start our day. The WiFi was reliable, and we appreciated the air conditioning that kept the boat cool. a unique and enjoyable experience.

The worst aspects of my stay were the difficulty in finding the location and the noise from the neighboring boats. The exact address was a bit hard to locate, and it took some time to find the right spot.

Felt like being at home, with nothing too much trouble.

Stayed in a floating box with fake windows and felt like a sardine. But hey, at least the coffee shop on the boat was great. The views from the rooftop terrace were not bad either.

Who needs real windows anyway? The plastic foil ones were so much better, giving me a panoramic view of my cabin neighbors' activities.
